Use this form to register yourself, your child or children for any of our programming. Once complete, we will contact you to set up a time for the first lesson!

STEP 1: REGISTER YOUR FAMILY
Use the registration form below to register your child(ren) with Top Note Music School.

STEP 2: WE'LL E-MAIL YOU
We'll send you an e-mail with My Music Staff login details so you can view our schedule, book camps or lessons and pay online. We use the online system, My Music Staff, which allows you to view your schedule, make changes and view your invoice online.

STEP 3: Login to Your Account
Click the "My Music Staff" Icon below to access your account once we have confirmed registration and emailed you your login information.



Payments can be made via E-transfer to topnotepayments@gmail.com, PayPal, credit card, debit card or bank account that you have connected to your PayPal account. Remember, you do not have to be a member of PayPal to use their secure service.
